Once your eligibility is confirmed, you will be given the option to book a convenient Pharmacy First appointment time with one of our pharmacists. You'll receive a confirmation with the scheduled callback time.
At the appointed time, our pharmacist will call you for a pharmacy first consultation. Describe your symptoms and medical history to the pharmacist.
Based on the consultation, our pharmacist will:
- Offer advice and guidance on managing your condition.
- Signpost you to appropriate healthcare services if needed
- Supply the appropriate medication, if required.
You can collect any prescribed medication from our pharmacy or alternatively, we offer a convenient delivery service to your doorstep.
Standard NHS prescription charges apply to pharmacy first prescriptions unless you are exempt. Our team will guide you through the payment process, if applicable.
